Hi, I will explain this problem becouse is getting me in troubles and I can't get a solution by my self.
I have a wireless network In the design studio by a Dlink Router, and 5 PC's one of those pc's is used as storage over network. We got 3 imac, a few days ago and the ntfs writing is really needed so i downloaded and installed MacFuse 2,0,3. The result whas great reading and writing on external ntfs. THE PROBLEM. The PC's including the storage server (PC) all over winXP pro... and Win2003 Canot being used as servers any ore... they just disappeared from network and im not able to find any PC a any wireless network (I have tried a few more networks out of this office) Instead the pcs I can only find all the macs and conect to them but the pcs are out. I am shure the problem appeared after macfuse, and uninstalling didnt resolve the problem. I left one of the macs without macfuse, and that mac still works fine... to test theory, i have installed macfuse and after reboot the mac stoped detecting pcs over he network Any way I have found the uninstall is not a full uninstall, I still can see the macfuse options panel in preferences MacOSX 10,5,6 Imac core 2 2,4Ghz I will apreciate a fast answer thank you! --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacFUSE" group.
