Ok the fix for this is quite simple,

1. Remove all sshfs programs currently installed.
2. Install the FUSE Binary: http://code.google.com/p/macfuse/
3. Install SSHFS Binary: http://code.google.com/p/macfuse/wiki/MACFUSE_FS_SSHFS
