The string 'fuse_biglock_vnode_operation_entries' doesn't appear
anywhere in the whole macfuse project, so I'm guessing this is a
leftover from earlier versions. I deleted the ifdef around it and then
it compiled fine. I also had to edit core/10.5/libfuse/fuse-2.7.3-
macosx.patch to make libfuse compile. I'm now running a K64 kernel
with macfuse loaded. But there seems to be a different problem because
I can't get even hello.c to work (it didn't even work with K32 and
macfuse 2.1.5, this is why I started to look into compiling it
myself). You can get the patch (or even the whole git repository)
