Hi Renault, most likely you need to run "umount -f /Volumes/iphotofs" from a Terminal window and then relaunch the app-- there is a probably a dead filesystem from the previous error that is blocking things.
(I'll work on some better error reporting in this case; I have the app set to be a pure background app which may prevent you from even seeing the error dialog.)
