You cannot mount anything with just MacFUSE. MacFUSE is a library and a 
kernel component that facilitates file system development.

For Ext4, your best bet would be going for fuse-ext2 
(http://alperakcan.org/?open=projects&project=fuse-ext2). I'm unsure of 
the state of Ext4 support, but you can try it and see if it works.
