Thanks for clarifying!
Sounds as though the whole project needs some sort of commercial backing
to get-off the ground again.
As you say there's no new functionality in the source tree...
So it's prolly pointless trying a new build after using the build scripts.
All the best,
Jed

Thanks for clarifying Erik.
Is there a roadmap (ala firefox) where one can get some sort of idea
when builds might be available?
At this point the roadmap really is: make it work on 10.6 K64. The
roadmap is dictated by those working on the code. See below who that is
at this point.
Or are there no rough dates assigned for "release state" code?
It's done when it's done. And it's done when someone finds the chance to
work on the code, which at this time doesn't seem to be anybody.
If yes, are there any steps outlining how one can build some of the
latest CVS snapshots?
Not really. Amit used scripts which are included in the svn repository.
But at this point there is no new functionality in the source tree so
you can just as well stick with the betas or whatever is out there.
