Hi,
If you don't get any new /dev/disk device, then fuse-ext2/MacFUSE cannot
help you.
The problem lies deeper than that, and apparently your USB drive isn't
working properly with your Mac. fuse-ext2 (or any file system driver)
kicks in once the kernel properly enumerates a new /dev/disk node, i.e.
recognizes and properly sets up the USB mass storage device.

Hi,
I have a macbook pro running macos X 10.5. And I have an external usb
drive (formatted as ext3).
I have installed MacFUSE and fuse-ext2 on my mac os.
But when I plug in my external usb drive, why I don't see anything new
in 'ls -a /dev/disk*'
I only have /dev/disk0 /dev/disk0s2 /dev/disk0s1
I expect to see /dev/disk1
I appreciate if anyone can help me with that.
Thank you.
