I decided I wanted to go back to the official release on my iMac. I
had previously tried 2.1.7 then 2.1.9.

I appear to have got into a mess, if I try to install 2.0.3 (or the
beta 2.0.5) then all appears to go well, but afterwards the prefs pane
says that MacFuse does not appear to be installed. I then can try and
isnatll again - same probelm.

Have tried restarts after install, tried 32 bit kernel, 64 bit kernel
and all combinations I can think of.

The only install that appears to work now is 2.1.9 (at least the prefs
pane says it is installed). I would stick with 2.1.9 but don't want
all the debug msgs.

Any idea how I can clear things out so that 2.0.3 will appear again?

Oddly my MBP was able to revert to 2.0.5 no problem.
