Ah, yes, good point. I stupidly wasn't thinking of the FUSE kext, but there are 
at least two unofficial versions that should work to replace this

I'd also note that supposedly funding for a 64-bit port appears to have been 
secured so that an official version can move forward, AFAIK. I see that as more 
of insurance for Lion which will most likely be more 64 bit pure.
