Hi,
I tried to install fuse (versions 2-1.0.3 and 2.1.5 (beta)), but I had
some problems when connecting my USB NTFS drives.

NTFS-3G could not mount /dev/disk1s1
at /volumes/LaCie because the following problem occurred:

/Library/Filesystems/fusefs.fs/Support/fusefs.kext failed to load -
(libkern/kext) link error; check the system/kernel logs for errors or
try kextutil(8).
the MacFuse file system is not available (71)

So, I decided to unistall it, but I got another error (maybe the
unistall was wrong?)

NTFS-3G could not mount /dev/disk1s1
at /volumes/LaCie because the following problem occurred:

dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/local/lib/libfuse.2.dylib
Referenced from: /usr/local/bin/ntfs-3g
Reason: image not found

I would really want to clean the system from installation, so I can at
least read from external drives. (And later consider reinstalling
Fuse.) I have experience on working with PCs, by in MAC I'm a newby.
Can you help me out?
Thanks,
M/J
