Technical/Functional Skills: TIBCO BusinessWorks as Business Integration
tool and TIBCO iProcess Suite as Business Process Management tool.
Experience Required:
TIBCO BW/ iProcess Developer must have the ability to visualize, articulate,
and solve complex technical problems. Such skills include demonstration of
the ability to apply logical thinking to the gathering and analyzing of
information, designing and testing solutions to problems, and formulating
plans.
Being a TIBCO BW developer should have the ability to provide solutions to
integrate business independent of underlying technologies and thus building
a loosely coupled environment.
Further being a iProcess Developer, should be able to provide
complete end-to-end process management solution in line with the business
and also optimizing the business flows to enhance the organizational
performance in terms of the business execution.
. In-depth knowledge and comprehensive understanding of both
TIBCO Business Works and TIBCO iProcessT Suite
. Interact with the Business to understand their requirements
and act in a Business Liaison role
. Ability to convert business requirements into System
Requirement Specifications (SRS)
. Develop & Maintain best possible user technical solution
. Prepare high quality documentation
. Excellent written and oral communication skills
