I guess you mean NTFS drives, which OS X mounts read-only. 

Install MacFUSE and NTFS-3g compiled for MacFUSE and your NTFS drives should 
mount read/write. 

I strongly advise you to go back to PC if it's what you're used to and can cope 
with. Have fun with all that malware. ;)
