At first I favored FUSE4Mac but it has very close resemblance to MacFUSE, which
could be confusing.

Since Apple seems to have dropped the "Mac" from Mac OS X, OSXFUSE gets my
vote. It is close enough to MacFUSE so that everybody will know what it is.

The name XFUSE seems to be already in use for some other products.

Regards,
Benjamin
