Yes, the usual way one unmounts a filesystem:

miishka:php junk tamara$ sudo umount /fusemnt/tamaratemple.com

I believe what you need is this:

miishka:~ tamara$ ls -ld /fusemnt/tamaratemple.com/
drwxrwxrwx  2 root  admin  68 Jun 22 11:52 /fusemnt/tamaratemple.com

and I'll even give you this:

miishka:~ tamara$ ls -ld /fusemnt/
drwxrwxrwx  3 root  admin  102 Jun 22 11:52 /fusemnt
