Hi,
The latest official release of the original MacFUSE isn't
Lion-compatible, so you'll have to move either to the unofficial version
2.2 by Tuxera (my company):
http://www.tuxera.com/mac/macfuse/MacFUSE-Tuxera-2.2.dmg
...or to one of the forks:
OSXFUSE - http://osxfuse.github.com/releases/OSXFUSE-2.3.dmg
Fuse4x - http://fuse4x.org/
