License is the same as for macfuse - libfuse is LGPL, the rest is BSD.

You do not need any approval to cherry-pick code from Fuse4X, the only
requirement is to add fuse4x.org copyright.

I will assume that OSXFUSE contributors should follow in Tuxera's and
