I am having this exact same issue since upgrading to Lion. The exact error message I get is:
NTFS-3G could not mount /dev/disk1s2 at /Volumes/PORTBACKUP because the following problem occurred: /Library/Filesystems/fusefs.fs/Support/fusefs.kext failed to load - (libkern/kext) link error; check the system/kernel logs for errors or try kextutil(8). the macFUSE file system is not available (71). Any ideas. I haven't started to fiddle yet so haven't tried the logs (I was kind of hoping there would be a message on here saying not yet compatible with Lion or something but can't find one). cheers Mark On Jul 27, 4:38 pm, kokkolos <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi! > Why OS XLioncan't read and write on my HD and pen drive with NTFS > file system? > > I was using MacFuse and NTFS3G with Snow Leopard and them works > perfectly?
