There was a thread about this earlier I recall that might be able to
help you out. I don't recall the exact solution off the top of my
head. Mostly you can just delete the relevant files and folders then
uninstall the prefpane to be complete.

It could also be that MacFUSE isn't actually installed. After
uninstallation, the prefpane will live on because it is a distinct
element from the normal MacFUSE packages. You have to uninstall the
prefpane independently.
