Hi Alexey, MacFUSE 2.0.3 is not Lion compatible! As far as I know, you should not even be able to mount your EncFS volume. Did this setup ever work on Lion?
MacFUSE is no longer being maintained but there are two successor projects to MacFUSE: OSXFUSE and Fuse4X. OSXFUSE is compatible with MacFUSE file systems and can be a drop-in replacement for MacFUSE. Just download the installer from http://osxfuse.github.com and select the option "MacFUSE compatibility layer" during installation. This might fix your problem if it is cause by MacFUSE/Lion.
