The list posted by Damien is effectively the complete list of files included in ntfs-3g and macfuse installers, so your system must be clean now. Paragon is a good choice for NTFS use under Lion. The development of NTFS-3G for Mac OS X was funded by Tuxera Ltd but apparently they now only focus on their commercial version.
