Unsubscribe from MacFUSE's mailing list and subscribe to an alternative (OSXFUSE, FUSE4X) that is actively maintained and has a list owner that cares to block spammers.
To be honest I'm almost at the point where I'm just going to unsubscribe from MacFUSE's list and move permanently to OSXFUSE.
