Hello Marta,
It is possible that it is the cookies. But it depends on the site. If
they are using cookies to store your name and password for easy access,
they would not want to name=Marta and password=SomePassword in plain
sight for the bad guys to see, so they might scramble things up a bit.
But if they change the format they are using for the cookie (or they do
not allow them to be stored for very long (computer cookies are like
real cookies, they get stale after a while and have to be thrown away),
then the old ones would not work.
