You can find a drop-dead similar version of Tetris (called Quinn) for 
OS-X on Apple's site:

http://macgames.com will forward you to cnet's mac section.

Taipei Tiles sounds a lot like Shanghai -- the old game that was 
started on the Mac, ported to the Apple IIGS, then ported to Windoze 
and Unix. You might have better luck searching that way.
Also note that Versiontracker.com has a games section as does 
macupdate.com
