Sorry for not giving enough info. The cdrom drive is a firewire drive (my g4 does not have a scsi port). Toast lite is version 5.0.1. System software is version 10.1.5, 704 mb of memory. The cd burner is a Teac CD-W516EB.
However, I solved the problem. I downloaded version 5.2 of Toast Lite, installed it and rebooted. Classic Hung so I rebuilt the desktop and everything works fine and Toast Lite now sees the cd burner. Life is good. Thanks for your help Ward. on 12/29/02 8:04 PM, Ward Oldham at woldham at insightbb.com wrote: > Hi Harry, > > I'm guessing your using a version of Toast prior to version 5.
