Marta,

"Debug" is a hidden feature in Safari.  It can be activated/deactivated 
  via the terminal or with the program "Safari Enhancer"

I turned it on in Safari to enable importing bookmarks from Internet 
Explorer.

Don't know howor why  it was turned on on your computer.
