In case you don't find what you're after, don't forget about Caf? Press which 
can create a t-shirt for you with any graphic you want to upload:

You'd need to put the phrase you want into a GIF and upload that to cafepress 
thru this custom designer page.  Way back in the day, when I worked in CNET's 
San Francisco office, we had a volleyball team and our team manager used Caf? 
Press to create our team t-shirts.  They weren't bad--nothing super fancy but 
decent quality.
