Something is a little odd John,

You can quite easily play WAV files in the QuickTime Player and iTunes
and iMovie, iDVD, FCP, etc (which use QT to translate files), or in any
QT based audio app. It is possible the file they were given has
something odd about it, but they should be able to play the files if
the files are "plain" WAV files.

Someday, I will come up with a clever signature line. I am not sure if
I will use it or not, but I will come up with one.
