The random words are used by spammers in an attempt to fool certain spam
filters. Some of the spam filters do a content analysis, looking for words
that are usually part of a sales pitch or a scam. If those spam words
appear in a certain proportion, or more, the message is assumed to be spam.
By inserting random dummy words, the spammer lowers the ratio of spam words
and makes it more likely that his message will get through to you.
