It's an "Orbit Optical" by Kensington.  I'd call it a mid-size.  My previous
trackball actually used a full sized billiard ball.  The ball for this one
is about 1-3/4 inches.  There are actually two buttons on it, but so far as
I can tell they both do the same thing.  It will interface via USB but does
not have an ADB connection.  (A plug comes with it that looks like an ADB,
but it's actually an OS/2 connector.)

It is very smooth operating and seems to be more precise.  I've had to clean
it once during the last week - just a dry wipe of the ball to remove a
greasy thumbprint.
