For those who may have received a "suspension" email... Have you visited
your account at eBay? Have you tried bidding? Is it really even suspended?

Just like the others who have responded, I have been using eBay for a while
also and I have never received an email in relation to a suspension of any
kind.

I have used Safe Harbor previously, as well as other eBay departments,
during a fraud investigation. I had received a product from a seller which
was not in working condition as the ad said it was. Of all the emails and
departments, I do not remember a "trust and safety" department. I feel the
"so-called" eBay response is a little fishy. I can't see any internet
company leading you through its SITE MAP to make changes on your account...
especially with eBay-- I'm most certain there is a "My eBay" or "My Account"
link near the top of the home page. It does seem odd.

I would probably just ignore the "suspension" emails.
