This same problem occurs with other printers and programs that have
both Classic versions and OS-X versions.
Start Classic going and then run the installer again in Classic mode so
that the installer installs and configures the Classic version. if you
just do an OS-X install, verrrrrry seldom will the installer put
versions for all of the operating systems you have available to use.
One note about the card reader. Even in Classic it may not work as you
would expect it to in the OS-9 version (some of these types of printers
will refuse to let OS-X or Classic "see" the card reader). but as
always, YMMV.
