I am in no great hurry for a mouse of freedom, just thought it
wonderful not to have to deal with that string that inevitably folds
itself under my mouse and prevents or interferes with clicking.
Otherwise I am an unwritten leaf when it comes to mice without tails. I
thought I might gather some info from the experts.

And as to that multiplication of entries in my addressbook , Jerry,
......... well, I synced twice during that week, and I did not sync
during that fateful night at all!! What I did that day, however, I
exported the names to my address book in my powerbook, because not
having a .mac account I cannot sync between the two computers. That
went well and I did not, I repeat, did not get 10 names for each entry
added to the other computer , either. The gremlins did their
computations solely on my iMac.
