Dear Beth,

There are a variety of sources that you can tap into...

1) The Apple web-site is a great place to start, click on the Support
tab let that section load, and enter a phrase related to "Multiple
Users". You will get back plenty of listing for setting things up or
fixing it when things go "badly" etc.

2) Make sure your internet connection is going and your are not hitting
the web at the moment...
Open the help viewer in OS-X (click on the desktop and select the help
option from the finder's help menu). Type in "Multiple Users" into the
search box and hit return. You need to be connected to the internet, as
this will pull a lot of documents from Apple as well as from your local
help files stored on your drive. These can guide you through the set-up.

3) Maybe a book like one of Mr. Pogue's 'Missing Manual' yarns will be
okay, but which one to recommend depends on how hard core you need the
extra abilities you want to give your users [looking at the big picture
for the moment!] to be -- I really don't recommend giving the "casual
user' admin access -- it is the only way to be sure.

                                                Jerry
