In OS 9.6, 1 Acrobat Reader 5 2 Civilization 2 3 Eudora 4 Finder all gratuitously crash (error 2 or 3)
Sometimes the computer will restart properly, but Sometimes on restart, I get a frozen blue screen, and continue to get blue screens on repeated restarts. If hold down C, will NOT boot from CD. If hold down X, will start from OS X. I then change boot disk to OS 9, & shut down. i then hold down C, and boot from the OS 9 iMac install CD, and run Disk First Aid from CD. Check HD: no problem found. I then restart from HD, OS 9. runs fine for a while, til return to top.
