We might need to understand better what happened.

It sounds like you have a partitioned drive with OS9 on its own partition,
to be able to start up with it, and two computers networked together.

As I understand it, when Norton did not see the drive, you dragged the OS9.2
System Folder to the Trash and emptied it, and then dragged an OS9.1 System
Folder from the other computer to replace it. Then you used a Startup panel
somewhere to select that OS9.1 for startup. But it won't start, though can
still start from OSX.

Is all that correct?
