Thanks, Bill and Terry. I got a reply from my complaint to inkjetsusa.com. He said that the problem is air in the print heads, and offered to send replacement cartridges.
Can someone explain how air gets into the heads, and how I can get it out. The cleaning utility helps for only a short time. Would another set of the same cartridges alone solve the problem? Or, do I have air in my head if I accept this explanation? David Dudine The next meeting of the Louisville Computer Society will be May 28. For more information, see <http://www.aye.net/~lcs>.
