i've been very happy with oPhoto (now Kodak Gallery). 
i usually wait until they have a sale and then order
enough to really make it worth my while.  the sales
typically go up to 25 to 30 percent off.  quality is
really good because it is Kodak and they also have
good customer service.  i don't think i would use
hairspray on photos...
