Hey folks,

Has anyone played around much with fonts in OS X? I'm trying to type
up some instructions for my class on using a TI calculator (ugh). I
downloaded the font from TI, but the character map is really messed
up [I might be using the wrong term: I mean that the assignment of
the symbols to the keyboard is really bad and hard to use.]. Does
anyone know a quick route to remapping the symbols to more reasonable
assignments?

I've checked out a few commercial software packages, but they are all
way too expensive for such a piddling task. I downloaded and
installed Apples FontTools, but they seem to have a very steep
learning curve for such a piddling task. My guess is that I'm either
SOL, and will have to use the awful mapping or that I'm going about
the problem in the wrong way. Any hints would be much appreciated.

Bill
