Dan,

Buy Shoun Regan's Book (he's a frequent poster on this list and a  
local guy). It's the end all and be all for OS X Server. I made a  
"tinyurl" of the humongous Amazon URL I ended up with:

He wrote it in concert with Kevin White, who used to work at MacTown  
and now works for Apple.

Not using OS X Server user myself, I can't vouch for the book, but I  
can vouch for the authors.

And besides the book would look impressive on your shelf.
