Alas, the new bikes have fenders only as an add-on --- and I didn't
get them. So... though it's a good idea, I can't use it (at least now).

I also have lots of backpacks for hiking and such --- the shoulder
bags sound tempting, but I'm also tempted to try out some of the
fancy new ones which have clips to keep them from bouncing around too
much while riding, and which have padding built-in for the computer
itself.

I can show up at the meeting for a little bit (it's valentine's day,
so it's dinner night out, and my wife doesn't get off work until a
little after 7). I appreciate the offer.

Thanks,

Bill
