Rule No. 1: If you don't recognize anything about the message (sender, 
e-mail address, subject); if you have not just sent them a message. 
DON'T REPLY.

This innocuous message isn't even asking you to reply...unless you are 
trying to get in touch with Glenn, in which case you know him.

I don't know him and I would call this Spam. Especially since the 
message keeps coming through despite my marking as junk.
