Thank you for the link.  I had reviewed that link and find it is more  
complicated than I want to pursue.  The Canon 30D comes with Canon  
software that will read the raw format and will transfer the image to  
PS CS as a tiff file.  I like the raw reader in PS CS and the various  
changes you can make with it and the Canon software is not nearly as  
good.  I think that is what I will use until Adobe comes out with a  
plugin designed for the purpose.
