Please tell me there is something I can get or do to keep all the
cables, wires, and transformers under my computer desk protected fro my
cat! I love Molly, but I can't afford to keep her supplied with endless
cords to chew! Plus, she might electrocute herself, I fear!

She Is totally incorrigible, and has chewed through several wires
around here from time to time. She cut off power to my internet once,
and chewed through a power strip wire in the kitchen. She also chewed
through my answering machine/ cordless phone power wire.

She has now wrecked the connection to my LaCie back-up drive, and also
the cable to my Pentax camera battery charging stand. I first need to
find a source to replace both those items, of course. Then, I need
something to protect all my tangle of cords from her POWERful teeth!
(Pun intended!)

Somebody MUST manufacture encasements of some sort to keep my equipment
and my cat safe! Where do I start? To replace the current ruins, I
suppose I should start with the stores where they were purchased, then
perhaps the manufacturers.... I really don't look forward to this!

I am hoping that she didn't manage to lose my LaCie back-up info when
she didn't follow the correct steps to disconnect it. Jerry Yeager told
me the correct order in which to handle that procedure.

Help!

Thanks,
Mike
