Bill, I've been using Palm products for almost 8 years, with a PC before I switched to a Mac. Currently I use a Tungsten E (now E2) and I am very pleased with it. I do think color is more important than she might think it is. Also, plan on using the Missing Sync software. She should also check out the new Palm Z22, (see http://www.palm.com/ us/products/handhelds/z22/), which is only $99. That URL will also get you to the palm site, which has a lot of good information.
