BB connection so slow I thought there was something wrong with the computer. don't know if Vonage connectivity tests are accurate but mine indicated the connection is no better than dial up. Mactown tech told me to contact Insight so they can fix it. He said his connection has been excellent. It is nearly impossible to use with aol.
