Hi Diane,

Delete your printer from Print Center and re-add it. Maybe you?ll have
better luck. Have Print Center Repair in your back pocket should you need
it.

Subject: MacGroup: printing problem

I have a print job that seems to be stuck in the queue. I delete it and
it comes right back. I have turned off the printer and unplugged the
usb cable. It still won't go away. It also won't 'hold' so that I can
try to put another job in front of it. Is there any way to purge the
queue's memory? I am running 10.3 and using a HP Photosmart 1215. Oh,
and I guess that I should mention that the job won't actually print. It
gives me an error that says something about not being able to create a
PDF file, then it stops the queue.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Diane
