Allen, thank you . I know i can do all that. In fact I just typed "ma" and
the total address popped up. Maybe I come from way way back when one put up
lists in alphabetical order. When I look at that addressbook window it
simply bothers me to see this bunch of addresses so mixed up, no order
whatsoever. Yes, you can click the little triangle and you get the entries
change from back to front. In other lists that means either from a to z or
from z to a. I fail to see why one would want to even sort them that way- or
does the sorting go according to time- the lates entries being at the end of
the list? This seems to be that way as I am entering more names. I had hoped
I could import a list of names, and they would neatly hop into their
dfistinctive places in the alphabet. - And what happens if I get a palmpilot
and want to synchronize? The names can never be printed out as an
addressbook I can carry around on paper with names according to the
alphabet? -Somewhere this is lost on my brain constellation. Maybe I still
rely too much on real things like notebooks and hard copies. I can pull
something from my drawer much faster than from cyberspace. Marta
