Thanks or the response Bill. i had always assumed that reformating  
would pretty much do it, but I keep hearing people's concerns about 
someone getting info off their old computer. I hate to think any one 
would be so hard up as to get anything off my computer they thought 
they could use for something.

That's a big difference from wanting any one to get on my current 
computer and mess it up. Shoot, I mess it up enough  myself. Sometimes 
I don't even have to do anything.
