Thanks, Allan.

It is smooth as silk today. I would like to try your suggestion if it acts
up again. Unfortunately, I don't know how to find the Main Identity folder.

Will the Old Database and Old Cache be accompanied by new ones after the
rebuild? How do I distinguish between them?

Any help would be appreciated.
