you can get the scoop prior to downloading the program.

If you find the occasional link does not work for you by merely clicking on
in, you can copy and paste it into your browser and locate it that way.

I have also offered Bernie free help with this issue provided that he bring
his Mac into the store.  I personally have never experienced nor have seen
this problem so I suspect that the cure for Bernie will be relatively easy.
